Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@iambyswedishhaircare.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
Dösevägen 25, 471 72 Hjälteby, Sweden.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return shipping fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
