1. About i am by Swedish Haircare AB
The company is based in Hjälteby on Tjörn, Sweden. The postal address is Dösevägen 25, 471 72 Hjälteby.

2. Orders
Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all relevant details about the products, pricing, billing, and shipping address.
If there is any error in your order confirmation, contact us immediately at info@iambyswedishhaircare.com.

3. Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 4–7 business days.
Note: Orders placed during weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

4. Pricing
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, or inaccurate information, and we reserve the right to correct the price.

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us by email at info@iambyswedishhaircare.com. Your message should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear statement of which items you wish to return.
Products must be returned immediately, and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the condition of the product upon return. Products should be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value due to use or damage.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

• Sealed audio or video recordings if the seal is broken

• Custom-made products or clearly personalized items

• Services that have been completed with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends

• Perishable goods, such as food

• Single issues of newspapers or magazines

6. Complaints and Returns
All products are inspected before being sent to you. If a product is still defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you according to applicable consumer protection laws.
You must contact us for approval before returning any defective product.
The complaint must be made as soon as the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to file a complaint:
Send an email to info@iambyswedishhaircare.com including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a replacement, you will be refunded in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is not deemed defective under the law. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or supplier delays.
We are also not responsible for changes in products or product characteristics made by the manufacturer.

8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and the final sale of products.
We cannot guarantee that product images reflect the exact appearance due to differences in screen settings, photography, and resolution.
We always strive to represent the products as accurately as possible.

9. Cookie Policy
According to the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, all website visitors must be informed that cookies are used. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer to enable functionality.

We follow decisions made by ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
Any disputes regarding interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.

13. Relationship with Shopify
i am by Swedish Haircare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, all purchases are made directly between you and i am by Swedish Haircare.
By using our services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction, including damages or losses related to purchases.
You release Shopify and its subsidiaries from any claims related to your transactions with i am by Swedish Haircare.
